Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records. This email will contain an order number, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser.
SHIPPING COSTS
For main centres within South Africa, the shipping fee is R65 and for more remote areas the shipping fee is R130. Shipping is free for 2 or more items.
For all international orders, shipping rates are provided by DHL Express based on the weight of the order. Buy up to 3 pairs/items for the same shipping cost as one pair/item for international orders.
DELIVERY TIMES
We always strive to courier orders in a timely manner. Orders are processed and couriered once payment has been received. If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order. For all orders within South Africa, your parcel will be sent with our Fastway Courier Service and delivery time to main centres can vary between 24-48 working hours. You will be notified on email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number for your parcel.
For international orders, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel and DHL Express will be keep you updated during the delivery process.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer upon your order's arrival in your country. DHL Express will keep you informed.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavour to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.
FAILED DELIVERY
Please notify ON Y VA upon placing your order, of any specific delivery times or instructions (within regular office hours / business days / delivery times and areas). Should the courier service not be able to complete a delivery at the address specified by the purchaser, either due to an incorrect delivery address or unavailability of purchaser or assigned persons to accept the parcel, within regular delivery times, ON Y VA may at its discretion charge the purchaser a delivery fee (equal to or lower than our standard delivery charges) for the subsequent delivery of the package.
